The What

Many western and modern therapeutic modalities read your symptoms and then tell you what pill to take, or surgery to undergo. But, what if you could conduct “sound surgery” sending holistic and natural energetic vibrations into every single cell in your body? With sound and music, you do not need to understand what your symptoms are or why you are experiencing specific symptoms. Sound has a way of finding its way into every nook and cranny of our bodies so that we can start to resonate with vibration and align our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and health. Sounds automatically go where it is needed most in your body and do its work. As a result, our cells then develop and gain their highest and powerful potential to transform as well as function in the most beneficial way for your health. Science has proven that music and individual sounds in your bodies cause specific physiological reactions. Other than meditation, physical exercise, and affirmations, sounds have proven to be the most effective as well as a powerful way of balancing your emotional, physical, and mental state.

Our Introduction to Beyond Development discusses the function of sound in our bodies in greater detail. We will also continue to share more fun activities and knowledge on the subject of sound in the near future. Until then, we would like to proceed with this very exciting sound and music activity constructed to help you release stress, anxiety, fear, and depression.

The How

The human body exerts various types of frequencies because the human body cells carry electricity and energy. Again, this is extensively explained and described in our introduction to the program. When human emotional, mental, and physical health is imbalanced, so is the frequency at which it functions. As a result, science has proven that the human body needs a proper frequency vibrating into it in order to return the body to operating normal and regenerating its healthy cells. To do that, for centuries before modern medicine, sound has been used as an essential therapeutic and energetic technique to align the mind and body. Various frequencies align and balance different parts of the emotional, mental, and physical areas of our bodies.

For this activity, you will be using the 528Hz* frequency. 528Hz frequency is one of the most powerful and popular used worldwide. 528Hz repairs DNA followed by increasing your physical energy, bringing clarity of mind, and stimulating awareness. Moreover, it activates creativity, empathy, compassion, and ecstatic states like deep inner peace. Most young adults use this frequency in the mornings to help discover their purpose before setting their daily intentions. This frequency is safe for all ages. We recommend children under the age of 7 not to use headphones when listening to this type of music.

* The hertz (symbol: Hz) is the derived unit of frequency in the International System of Units (SI) and is defined as one cycle per second. It is named for Heinrich Rudolf Hertz, the first person to provide conclusive proof of the existence of electromagnetic waves.

Let's Begin

Here are some simple and straightforward tips in using sound frequencies to balance your physical, emotional, and mental frequencies of your body.

Step 1. Headphones + Cellphone with internet access + quiet place

Using headphones is the best way of benefiting from this activity. You will still reap the benefits of this activity should you not have a set of headphones. Children under the age of 7 are encouraged to listen to this type of sound frequency without the use of headphones.

Step 2. YouTube
You will be using YouTube for this activity. Doing our research on sound and healing frequencies, we’ve concluded that YouTube carries extensive, powerful selections. We also agreed that YouTube would be the best way to become familiar with a variety of sound therapeutic modalities and to determine which frequencies best resonate with you for your use.

Step 3.  Selection
We have made a list of 528Hz sound alignment available for you to search on YouTube for your use below in Step 4. You could also create your selections based on your own search engine on YouTube. However, to get you familiar with the popular ones we found most useful, please select one from the list we provided for you first before making your own choices.

Please be advised when you are making your independent selection that: audio tracks embedding binaural beats or isochronic tones often referred to as Brainwave Entrainment is not recommended for the following categories:

  • children under the age of 17
  • pregnant women
  • people who are using a pacemaker
  • people who are prone to seizures or are epileptic

If any of the audio tracks embedding binaural beats or isochronic tones were to be used for a person in the above categories, it should only be under the supervision of a healthcare professional. However, Solfeggio and Quantum frequencies are entirely safe to use.

A. When making a selection from our list or independently, pick the ones that feel comfortable to you. There’s no “right” order to play the frequencies in. You can start with the beginning, middle, or last frequencies. You can put them in a playlist and let it play through, put your favorite one on repeat, or even set them to shuffle.

B. Set to a comfortable volume.

In most cases, our healing music sounds best at a moderate-low volume. After all, it’s supposed to be calming and relaxing.  That being said, different people will have slightly different volume preferences. Experiment a little to find the right volume for you.

C. Relax and listen

We suggest using sound frequencies as a balancing, aligning, calming, relaxing, therapeutic, healing, or focusing method. That being said, it can be used almost any time – even when you sleep. However, avoid listening while you’re driving or when doing something that requires your full attention.

D. Twenty minutes per day and three times a week.

We recommend listening to this aligning frequency for only 20minutes maximum each time, although the majority of sound alignments are commonly set for one hour or more. Work your way up to one hour maximum if you wish. However, most studies show 15-20minutes as the best amount of time for any type of sound therapy. For best results, practice this type of balancing method for 20minutes per day.

E. Safe and distraction-free space

Pick a space that is noise and distraction free. It can be your bedroom, your backyard, classroom exercise, or even a closet.

F. Sitting or lying down

This could be your couch, your bed, a chair, or just a sweet spot on the floor. Also, you can position yourself however you want – there’s no secret pose passed down by ancient healers for this activity. Just make sure to keep your arms and legs uncrossed.

G. Deep breathing – Nose-Mouth

Begin this mindful sound alignment activity with taking at least three deep breaths:
With your eyes closed, breathe in slowly through your nose and take the breath up to the top of your head and slowly out through your mouth (pursed lips). Do this at least three times.

H. Are you experiencing discomfort?

As you listen to the sounds washing over you, observe your breath gradually become slower and more relaxed as you drift into a state of relaxation. As you are completely submerged, this frequency will start to work on disconnecting feelings of guilt, fear, anger, anxiety, and depression.

Many people feel happier, relaxed and less anxious during or after their first listening session. However, to get the most significant long-term benefits from the frequencies, you’ll want to have at least three 15-minute sessions a week for 4 to 6 weeks.
If you’re experiencing negative emotions, like sadness or anxiety, or uncomfortable bodily sensations such as headaches or muscle twitching, don’t worry and do not panic. These are all perfectly natural and just another part of the aligning and balancing process. You are rapidly releasing and letting go of all negative energies. As the frequencies remove your physical blockages and emotional baggage, it forces them to the surface so they can pass. Most people experience complete relaxation using sound frequency alignment after the second session. So, give it time because this is the fastest and easiest way to balance your entire body.
