Beyond DevelopmentTM is constructed as a self-guided transformative program to use at home, in school, and at any location worldwide 24hours per day. Teens will have access to this program via our app on designated iPads in schools, through our online program (BeyondDevelopment.org), and physical workbooks.

Also, Beyond DevelopmentTM is a self-guided program designed to be simple and easily applicable. Other than teens themselves, our educators can also implement these tools in their classrooms during academic hours, in their after-school programs, and assign desired sessions as homework.

Guardians and helping professionals can also provide and implement our program to their teens with productive results, as it is a self-guided program. This way, your teens have complete access to our program if their school is not offering Beyond Development.

Beyond Development program is divided into two sections: Self- Assessment and Activities.

Because every individual has a different learning style, Self-Assessment and Activities are conveniently provided in all three formats: written, audible, and video.

Self-Assessment division of the program is designed to bring awareness and clarity to the emotional, mental, and social state of teens using principles of coaching. Through series of self-discovery sessions, teens will develop the skills to transform and improve their self-confidence positively, attitude, perspective, communication skills, decision-making skills, goals setting skills, self-evaluating skills, stress management skills, and conflict resolution skills.

Activities division consists of various advanced and innovative methods, techniques, and tools available for teens to use in overcoming their struggles, challenges, hardships, and obstacles in their environment. Our activities apply principles of coaching integrated with Quantum Theory. Therefore, activities in this division are designed to make healthy habits as well as positive attitudes possible and permanent. In other words, Activities division is where true transformation and reprogramming of the mind-to-body takes place.  Teens are assigned to perform specific activities at the end of each session in Self-Assessment.

Simply put, Self-Assessment is where positive self-coaching and self-awareness takes place. And, Activities is where positive long-term transformation and reprogramming takes place.

In this session, you learn how to make your own decisions in determining what messages sent to you strengthen your self-confidence, benefit your goals, and improve your emotional state. You learn how to properly evaluate messages sent to you by family, relatives, and friends. It also allows you to reflect on who you are and to take the necessary steps to strengthen your weaknesses using the assigned activities at the end of each section.

Finding your purpose and meaning in life is often accompanied with the desire to discover who you are deep within. Your purpose and who you are on the inside are interconnected. To know yourself is to know your purpose, values, vision, goals, motivations, and beliefs. And if you are not connected with who you really are, you are probably just living life for others without pursuing your own authentic purpose. Pursuing other people’s goals and living up to others’ expectations only leads to a loss of identity, confusion, depression, anger, resentment, low self-esteem, unhealthy habits, and simply an unhappy life.

Therefore, the very first step in discovering your purpose in life is to be very clear about who you are when you are free from fear, free from your old unhealthy patterns, free from your limiting beliefs, free from negative attitude, and free from self-doubt.
