Sound and Music

Over the past few decades, with advanced science and technology, we are living in the most fortunate and opportunist time in history to learn and use our bodies natural resources to align and balance itself. There are unlimited sound frequencies that can be used to improve every area of our lives. Studies show that the benefits of sound and music are not only powerful, transforming, practical but also fastest ways of improving emotional and mental health. Sound and music:

  1. Relieve stress.
  2. Increase stress threshold.
  3. Develop feelings of optimism, calmness, and alignment.
  4. Promote greater vitality.
  5. Increase active and productive thinking.
  6. Increase creativity.
  7. Increase physical energy and strength.

Many western and modern therapeutic modalities read your symptoms and then tell you what pill to take, or surgery to undergo, but what if you could conduct “sound surgery” sending holistic and natural energetic vibrations into every single cell in your body? With sound and music, you do not need to understand what your symptoms are or why you are experiencing certain symptoms. Sound has a way of finding its way into every nook and cranny of our bodies so that we can start to resonate with vibration and align our thoughts, emotions, attitudes, and health. Sounds automatically go where it is needed most in your body and do its work. As a result, our cells then develop and gain their highest and powerful potential to transform as well as function in the most beneficial way for your health. Science has proven that music and individual sounds in your bodies cause specific physiological reactions. Other than meditation, physical exercise, and use of affirmations, sounds are most effective as well as a powerful way of balancing your emotional, physical, and mental state.

In very short and simple words, every object on the planet has a resonant vibrational frequency which can be measured. In the early 1990s, Bruce Tainio built the world’s first frequency monitor that could determine at exactly what vibration the human body most oscillates. And he found that it was between 67-72 Hertz. When this frequency dropped, the immune system became ill and weak. Furthermore, it was found that all the body needed was the proper frequency vibrating in return to bring the body back to its strong and functioning state. Tainio found the following most fascinating frequencies in our bodies:

  1. Cancer receptivity starts at 42 MHz*
  2. Candida overgrowth begins at 55 MHz
  3. Colds and flu begin at 57 – 60 MHz
  4. Death begins at 25 MHz
  5. Genius brain frequency: 80-82 MHz
  6. Heart: 67-70 MHz
  7. Human body from the neck down: 60-68 MHz
  8. Human body from the neck up: 72-78 MHz
  9. Liver: 55-60 MHz
  10. Lungs: 58-65 MHz
  11. Many other diseases begin at 58 MHz
  12. Normal brain Frequency: 72-90 MHz
  13. Pancreas: 60-80 MHz
  14. Thymus gland: 65-68 MHz
  15. Thyroid and parathyroid glands: 62-68 MHz

*The hertz (symbol: Hz) is the derived unit of frequency in the International System of Units (SI) and is defined as one cycle per second. It is named for Heinrich Rudolf Hertz, the first person to provide conclusive proof of the existence of electromagnetic waves. MHz: megahertz, abbreviated MHz, is a unit of alternating current (AC) or electromagnetic (EM) wave frequency equal to one million hertz (1,000,000 Hz).  For instance, 1Hz = 0.000001MHz or 1MHz = 1000000Hz.
